Graduated in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (2021). Master in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Viçosa (2023), where she worked with bioinformatics for molecular modeling. She is currently a doctoral student in the Agricultural Microbiology program (UFV), working in the area of ​​biological control and molecular prospecting.

Graduated in Dairy Technology and Food Science and Technology, Master in Food Science and Technology (IFSUDESTMG-Rio Pomba campus) and I am a PhD student in Agricultural Microbiology (UFV). My professional experience includes volunteer teaching in the department of food science and technology teaching the subjects of milk and dairy products and fermented dairy products (IFSUDESTMG-Rio Pomba campus), four years as a technical manager at Amazing Foods, known for its delicious “Sô de Minas” cheese bread, and I worked as quality manager at Wegas Bier brewery.
