Three students in the Graduate Program of Agricultural Microbiology have been awarded scholarships abroad by the Capes/Print program. The final result of notice no. 01/2023 Capes/PrInt – UFV has already been published.
Bianca de Oliveira Hosken will have a 12-month scholarship to study at the Teagasc Food Research Center/Cork, in Ireland, and Jojo Rodrigues, will go to Queen’s University of Belfast, in Northern Ireland, also for 12 months. The third student is Paloma Cavalcante Cunha, who will spend six months at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in Norway.
The students’ achievement is in line with the PPG’s internationalization goals. “I’m sure that this will be an extremely enriching experience, not only from an academic point of view, but also personally for our students,” says the PPG coordinator, Professor Wendel Batista da Silveira.
